Celebrate-a-Life
This
major Hospice campaign is held annually in December in the
Semiahmoo Mall. You are invited to place a dove onÊour tree
at the Celebrate a Life location in memory of a loved one.
With donations of $25.00 or more you are presented with a
beautiful hand painted and crafted dove to take with you and
place on your tree. Our caring and compassionate volunteers,
always in attendance, are there for questions as well as to
lend a listening ear to those finding the holiday season difficult,
or just wishing to share a story.
Hospice Hundred
In 2007, White Rock Hospice Society is stepping up our corporate and individual partnering campaign to mark our 25th Anniversary, and to ensure that we are able to continue our mandate into the future. Our "Hospice Hundred" campaign has been a considerable resource towards our services in the community. We would be pleased to meet with you about our developments, services, facilities, and public events - along with making sure we are recognizing your support in the best possible manner. Hike
for Hospice
A
national initiative to raise funds and public awareness across Canada,
"Hike for Hospice" invites walkers to collect donations and join us for
a lovely walk at Crescent Beach. Individuals and families of all ages enjoy
the scenic stroll, finishing off with a delightful gathering for refreshments
and prizes.

Community
Memorial Services
You
are warmly invited to our non-denominational community memorial services
which are held twice a year. A theme is chosen for each service (example: Renewal
or Hope). Poems, readings, music and candle-lighting reflect the
theme and offer an opportunity to honour and remember loved ones.
The
services are held in the Tea Room at Victory Memorial
Park, 14831 - 28th Ave. Refreshments are served following
the service. If you would like more information or to
